For most of her adult life, Eve Grzybowski has focused on enhancing her well-being and that of others. The early deaths of her parents were the impetus for her to pursue this course. Eighty years old now, Eve stands as a testament to the benefits of healthy living and yoga practice.

Eve strongly believes that active participation in our communities is essential for promoting healthy longevity. Over 45 years, she has created yoga communities in Sydney and in the Manning Valley. As well, Eve lives in a communal setting on Mitchells Island with her husband and two other couples, where she enjoys gardening, writing, blogging, and teaching.
